Refund and Returns Policy – The King Makerz LLC

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to non-Company-related reasons
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@thekingmakerz.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@thekingmakerz.com and send the item to: 5900 Balcones Drive, #22160, Austin, TX 78731, Travis, USA.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping for Expensive Items

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
